An experience scuba dive design for children under 10 to blow bubbles and explore the wonderful underwater world under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. Children above 8 years old can use scuba gear to breathe underwater. The program starts in the pool and adjourn to the ocean in shallow water to look for nemos, turtles and many other marine life.

Minimum age is 8. Maximum depth is 2m/6ft. Single dive. Includes scuba equipment, PADI instructor, & a boat dive.

Introduction Dive

An experience dive for those who wants to give diving a try. It’s an easy introduction dive to use scuba equipment and explore the underwater world. The course can be accredited towards your first day of Open Water course.

Minimum age is 10, maximum depth is 12m. Single dive. This dive requires approximately 3 hours. Includes equipment, PADI instructor, a theory session, a pool session & a boat dive.

Open Water Course

The beginner PADI course to SCUBA diving begins here. Starts with knowledge development to understand basic principles of diving. Next, move to the pool and practice new scuba skills. After, you can experience four open water dives to use your diving skills and explore the ocean.

Minimum age is 10. This course requires 3 full days. Includes scuba equipment, PADI instructor, theory sessions, pool sessions, 4 boat dives, PADI Certificate & log book.

Advance Open Water

This course can be taken after completing the PADI Open Water Course. It consists of 5 PADI adventure dives, in which 2 core dives are Deep Dive and Underwater Navigation Dive. These Adventure Dives will help you to advance your diving knowledge, skills & build confidence.

This course requires 2 – 3 days. Includes scuba equipment, PADI instructor, theory sessions, 5 boat dives, PADI Certificate & log book.


The First Aid Course is a non-diving course, prerequisite to PADI Rescue Diver Course. The course is in 2 parts: Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid).

Minimum age is 12. This course requires half a day. Includes PADI instructor, theory session, practical session & certificate.

Rescue Diver

Known as the most challenging yet most rewarding non-professional level course, this PADI course teaches you to prevent and manage problems in the water and become more confident in your scuba skills as a diver. During the course, you will learn to become a better dive buddy by practicing problem solving skills until they become second nature.

This course requires 3 days. Includes scuba equipment, PADI instructor, theory sessions, pool sessions, 4 boat dives, PADI Certificate & log book.

Divemaster Course

Want to be a leader who mentors and motivates other divers? Meno Dive Club takes pride in all our Divemaster candidates. Take the PADI Divemaster course and do what you love to do as a career. Scuba divers look up to divemasters because they are leaders who mentor and motivate others. As a divemaster, you will experience the joy of seeing others have as much fun diving as you do.

This course requires minimum 4 weeks. Includes all divemaster training, boat dives, theory, PADI instructor, equipment, & crew pack.

Specialty Courses
Enriched Air Diver

The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is the most popular specialty course. Scuba diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no decompression time, especially on repetitive scuba dives. Ideal for photographers.

This course can be done with 2 nitrox dives or no dive. Includes equipment, 2 boat dives (if applicable), instructor, theory & PADI Certificate.

Deep Diver

The Deep Dive Course allows you to explore deeper dive sites down to 40 meters/130ft with your instructor. You will learn to manage your gas supply,  dealing with gas narcosis and safety considerations, plan the deep dive, buddy contact procedures, buoyancy control, and understand the use of specialized deep diving equipment.

This course requires 4 dives. Includes theory, instructor, boat dives, equipment & PADI Certificate.

UW Naturalist

The PADI Underwater Naturalist Specialty Course will give you a better understanding about the local ecosystem and the differences between terrestrial and aquatic worlds. Through class discussions, you will learn more about symbioses, underwater ecology, and aquatic plant and animal habitats.

This course requires 2 dives. Includes theory, instructor, boat dives, equipment & PADI Certificate.
